Be sure to include your name, email address, order number, and the title of the item you received. We will send the correct item and provide a pre-paid return label you can use to send the incorrect item back.

What is our Online Return Policy?All The Glory To Him, LLC offers a return window of 30 days, starting the date your order was delivered. You must have an online account using the same email address used to place the order. Return via Mail Email me at rick@alltheglorytohim.com and request Return Authorization. Your email Subject should be: Return Authorization Needed The email should include: your order ID number, the reason for the return, and the item(s) you are returning. I will respond with a return label you may use to ship the order back to All The Glory To Him, LLC. Once you have received your Return Authorization: Pack the item(s) that you are returning to us securely. You may use the same package if it is not damaged. Enclose a copy of your packing slip. Affix the label that we emailed to you and ship the package. Be sure to apply adequate postage. We are not responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility, please save your tracking information so you can follow up with the vendor you shipped with. Once your order has arrived back to our warehouse your refund will be issued to the credit card used. If you paid by using a gift card to make your purchase, a credit will be issued back to the gift card. We do not issue refund checks. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How can I check the status of my order?You can easily view the status of your order by visiting the My Account page. Simply log in and click My Account in the top right. From there you can check your order status and select "Details" to view the current tracking information as well as save and print your in-store return information.
